Ultimatesportszone will accept returns and credit your charge card, minus shipping/handling costs, and a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. To return an item to Ultimatesportszone, send an email to support@ultimatesportszone.com and include your order number, ship to name and address, the reason for the return, and request for a Return Authorization number (RA#). For your protection, packages returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Once we have this information, we will send you the instructions to return your item. All products must be returned in the original packaging. (This includes all tags and item containers).
We will not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, worn or missing tags. All returns without a Return Authorization Number on the package will be refused and no credit will be issued. No Exceptions. Close-out items are considered final purchases and may not be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect that is not listed on the buy page of the website.
All returns are subject to inspection by the Ultimatesportszone and previously used products may not be returned or credited. Product Damaged in Transit - It is Ultimatesportszone's policy to ensure all items shipped from our facility are packed according to "Best Business Practices", and leave our facility in good condition, free of any damage, other than unknown manufacturers defects. Once a package leaves our facility, UPS assumes responsibility for delivering the package free of damage. If an item is damaged in transit, Sportstation will file a claim with UPS. Once UPS resolves a claim, Ultimatesportszone.com will provide a substitute product of equal value to the customer. If the item is urgently needed, the customer also has the choice of purchasing an additional item. Once the claim is resolved with UPS, the customer will be refunded the amount of the purchase. . |
